 Bernards Township Health Department

offers Seasonal Flu Shots for adults and children 4 years and older.
Participants should consult with their doctor before receiving the flu vaccine.

Cost:
Residents $20
Non-Residents $30
No charge with valid Medicare Part B card.

Wednesday, October 12th
St. James Church, 184 S Finley Av, Basking Ridge

Thursday, October 13th
Chester Field House, 107 Seminary Av, Chester

Friday, October 21st
Peapack-Gladstone Borough Hall, 1 School St, Peapack-Gladstone

Saturday, October 22nd
Bernards Township Community Ctr, 289 S Maple Av, Basking Ridge

All clinics are from 9 am to 11 am
