Cabin Counselor
The Cabin Counselor is responsible for the care and protection of those campers placed under their care. Duties include, but are not limited to, implementing the weekly camp program, leadership in camp activities, sharing personal Christian witness, living a lifestyle that exemplifies Christian ideals. and meeting the day to day needs of children 6 – 18 years of age. A professed Christian faith, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a kind and gentle but assertive disposition are necessary.
Health Director
The Health Director is responsible for maintaining the good health of summer staff and campers. Duties include, but are not limited to, emergency medical treatment of accidents and illness, administration of prescribed medications, and the diagnosis and treatment of simple health problems. A professed Christian faith, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a kind and gentle disposition are necessary.
Lifeguard
The Lifeguard is responsible for the safety and supervision of children, youth, and adults at the waterfront. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the Waterfront Director in maintaining waterfront and equipment in good condition, and performing other duties as requested by the Program Coordinator (Aldersgate) or Site Manager (Pinelands). . A professed Christian faith, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a kind and gentle disposition are necessary.
Waterfront Director
The Waterfront Director is responsible for the smooth, orderly, and safe operation of the waterfront. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining waterfront and equipment in good condition, scheduling lifeguard supervision for all aquatic events, and performing other duties as requested by the Program Coordinator or Site Manager (Pinelands). Attendance at the waterfront for all non-instructional swim activities is required. A professed Christian faith, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a kind and gentle but assertive disposition are necessary.
